Rheingoldhalle Mainz

BASTA! 2020 takes place at Rheingoldhalle in Mainz. Located in the centre of the city, next to the Rhein. Close by, you find the Hilton Hotel Mainz. The Rheingoldhalle is easily accessible via car and public transport.

BASTA! Spring takes place at Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. The Hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt’s bustling city centre across from the exhibition and congress centre. You can reach the hotel easily by public transport and by car.

Arriving by car

If you are on the A5, coming from Kassel or the A648 from Wiesbaden, follow the “Frankfurter Kreuz” or City Ring and exit in the direction of “Messe”. The “Messe Tower” is opposite of our hotel.

Parking: Off-site parking, fee: 3.50 EUR hourly, 35 EUR daily

Public Transport

Frankfurt Central Station is only a few hundred metres away from the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. The underground station there provides fast direct access to the Marriott Hotel:

With the underground line 4 (in the direction of Bockenheimer Warte), it is one stop to “Festhalle/Messe”.

With tram lines 16 and 17: You can reach the tram stop by going out the main exit of Frankfurt Central Station and crossing the station forecourt. The destination – “Festhalle/Messe” – is the third stop.

Arriving by car

Coming from the south: from the A63 – Kreuz Mainz (Mainz interchange) Take the A60 in the direction of Frankfurt; then take the Mainz Weisenau/Innenstadt exit; continue in the direction of the Innenstadt (city centre); follow the major road after passing the Mainz city limit sign, continue straight ahead; after approximately 4.1 km, turn right into the Rathaus/ Rheingoldhalle parking garage or left into the Brand parking garage.

Coming from the south: from the A5 – Nordwestkreuz Frankfurt (northwest Frankfurt interchange). At the Frankfurter Kreuz (past the airport), take the A3 and then the Mönchhofdreieck exit in the direction of the Rüsselsheimer Dreieck; on the A60, take the Mainz-Weisenau/Innenstadt exit in the direction of the Innenstadt (city centre) – follow the major road after passing the Mainz city limit sign, continue straight ahead; after approximately 4.1 km, turn right into the Rathaus/Rheingoldhalle parking garage or left into the Brand parking garage.

Coming from the north: from the A60 (coming from Bingen) – In the direction of Dreieck Mainz exit to the A643; take the Mainz-Mombach/ Innenstadt exit in the direction of the Innenstadt (city centre) [Be careful! — two lane changes]; after approximately 6.4 km, turn left into the Rathaus/ Rheingoldhalle parking garage or right into the Brand parking garage.

 

Coming from the north: from the A3 at Wiesbadener Kreuz – (Wiesbaden exchange), travel in the direction of the A66 towards Wiesbaden, take the Mainz-Kastel exit in the direction of Mainz Zentrum (centre of Mainz), through Mainz-Kastel straight ahead over the Theodor-Heuss Bridge, then left in the direction of the Innenstadt Mainz (Mainz city centre). After approximately 0.5 km, turn left into the Rathaus/ Rheingoldhalle parking garage or right into the Brand parking garage.

Public Transport

Take the bus lines 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 61, 71 or 91 from the main station to the bus stop “Rheingoldhalle/Rathaus”.
